At ANS Consultancy Solutions, we value your trust. However, due to the nature of consultancy and training services, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

1. Consultancy Services

• Payments made for consultancy or advisory sessions are non-refundable once services are delivered.

2. Training & Courses

• Fees for online/offline training sessions, workshops, or seminars are non-refundable after enrolment.
• If a participant is unable to attend, a rescheduling option may be provided (subject to availability).

3. Memberships (99 Business Club)

• Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• In case of policy violation or misconduct, ANS reserves the right to revoke membership without refund.

4. Event Cancellations

• If ANS cancels a program/event, participants will receive a 100% refund or credit note for future programs.
• If a participant cancels, no refund will be provided, but substitution may be allowed with prior approval.

5. Digital Products & Marketing Services

• Once purchased or delivered, digital products, social media services, and marketing packages are non-refundable.
